DATA PROTECTION
In principle, Arode AG (“Arode”) does not collect or process data outside the context of its business relationship with customers. However, in certain cases and due to legal or regulatory obligations, Arode may be required to collect and process data outside of this framework. The following are considered personal data :
- personal information (surname, first name, date of birth, passport, telephone number, postal address and e-mail address)
- information about your family situation
- information on your financial situation, including assets, income, property, various investments, debts, taxes, etc.)
- information about your employment status (CV, experience and professional activities)
- tax information, including TIN
Arode does not carry out profiling or automatic evaluations and analyses.
In the course of its activities, Arode may collect and process personal data to provide services, to invite you to meetings and events, and to send documents or information, as well as for the entry and maintenance of the business relationship, including all procedures necessary to verify the identity of the holders, beneficial owners or proxies, or for any other purpose imposed on it by virtue of legal or regulatory obligations or by the authorities.
Personal data is collected either directly from you or from persons involved in the business relationship during meetings or discussions or indirectly from external sources such as websites or other publicly available sources.
If you provide personal data about another person, you must ensure that you have the authority to do so and that Arode can collect and use that personal information without further action. In particular, you must ensure that the data subject has been informed of the transfer of data to Arode and has been invited to contact Arode directly with any further questions.
Arode does not receive or store personal data collected through organisations specialising in the provision of personal information.

In the case of transfers abroad, Arode is not liable for the confidentiality obligations of third parties.
